VIDEOGRAPHY
Videos are recorded using Canon EOS R5, Tripod, Wireless microphone, Aputure Lightstorm 60D LED spot and iphone 14 pro for Instagram,
Editing software used are Premier Pro and Canva.
DOCUMENTARY
In this video, I shot and edited an interview. The interview was about person's first film recording. I learnt documentary interview technique. Some of the techniques I used are rule of third, different type of shots, and cutaways. During the editing process, I made sure the documentary.

One of the biggest challenge of this film was recording it outdoors. I had to find a place where it is not so noisy and have good lighting. I reclocated 2 to 3 times because of extreme background noise. Neverthless, I am happy that I learnt the technique of outdoor shot by finding ways to overcome the challenges.

I learnt shot composition using the rule of thirds, use of cutaways, editing in Premier pro to make the documentary interesting like with the use of sound.
DIALOGUE
This video was a challenge to have a good audio recording technique. It was a group project where we found actors who would be willing to recreate the scene with us. Along with the audio, lighting set up was an essential part of this shot.

After recording the scene, I individually edited the video in Premier Pro. I made sure I am following the L and J cuts, syncing the audio to video, color grading it to match the mood of the film, and making sure everything is cohesive.

This project allowed me to grow my skills with audio recording quality, cinematography, shot composition, and continuity in my editing.
ADVANCE CINEMATOGRAPHY
This video was about advance Cinematography, Greenscreen and ADR. Some part of this project was group; ADR, Walking and Talking, and Slider.
​
For Greenscreen, I shot myself with the camera and tripod. I found a video I want to add the greenscreen effect to and set up the lights according to that.
​
ADR, we recorded it in the sound studio using the professional techniques. Previous Dialogue video has been edited again with ADR.
​
Slidder/Dolly shot was done outside a cafe. We set up the camera with the slider and navigated it on the app.
​
Gimble shot was recorded individually by me. I was managing the Gimble while the person is walking to show the smooth movement effect.
​
Composition done individually too. I recorded various angle shots, wide, medium, close up and extreme close up.
​
Walking and Talking was done in a group where two person are acting, I was on the Gimble, and one person was managing the sound.
​
This project made me confident and love cinematography. I learnt complex techniques of Slider, Gimble, Lens selection, Editing, Lighting, ADR, Greenscreen and Creativity.
